Pitch Partner is operated by KORA Sport S.r.l. For privacy enquiries contact privacy@korasport.it.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, role), club and sponsor organisation details, usage logs, and content you upload in the platform (contracts, assets, activations). Demo requests collect contact details you submit voluntarily.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process data to perform our contract with club tenants (Art. 6(1)(b)), for legitimate interests in securing and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)), and where required, with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
How we use data
To provide the sponsorship operating system, authenticate users, deliver notifications, produce reports, and respond to support and demo requests. We do not sell personal data.
Sponsor data processing
Clubs invite sponsor users under their tenant. The club is the data controller for sponsor-facing content; Pitch Partner acts as processor for platform operations under the club's instructions.
Cookies
We use essential session cookies and optional analytics cookies to understand product usage. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the subscription term and a reasonable period after termination. You may request deletion subject to legal and contractual obligations.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact privacy@korasport.it to exercise rights.
EU hosting
Production data is hosted in the European Union. Sub-processors are listed on request.
