Agreement
By accessing Pitch Partner you agree to these terms. Club subscriptions are governed by the commercial agreement between the club and KORA Sport S.r.l.
Service description
Pitch Partner is a multi-tenant SaaS for sports sponsorship operations: inventory, pipeline, proposals, contracts, rights delivery, sponsor portal and value reporting.
Account & access
You are responsible for credentials and authorised users. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorised access.
Club vs sponsor users
Club users manage the tenant. Sponsor users access only data scoped to their organisation by the inviting club.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass tenant isolation. We may suspend access for material breach.
Data ownership
Clubs retain ownership of their commercial data. Pitch Partner receives a licence to host and process it to deliver the service.
Availability
We target high availability with planned maintenance windows. SLA details are specified in club commercial agreements.
Liability
The service is provided as agreed in the club contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the commercial agreement. Export provisions apply before account closure.
